Keith and Sally Read have been committed to Rising Star Outreach for many years. We are so honored to celebrate Keith’s 60th birthday by joining the Read’s in support of scholarships for girl’s education and Rising Star Outreach’s programs.

These scholarships help provide more than just a college education. With your help, this education is the means for these young women to rise above the impossible circumstances that they were born into and become empowered leaders in their communities.
