8:30 am: Morning Conclave
By 8:30, the volunteers need to be completely dressed and ready for the day. Lunches should be packed, water
prepared, etc. so there is no rushing around making the vehicles wait afterwards. Morning Conclave is held on the roof
of the guest home and is a review of the day’s plans, goals, and objectives. All announcements are given for the day.
9:00 am: Volunteers Depart
At 9:00 am, all vehicles should be standing by with drivers in place for the volunteers to promptly depart. Emphasis
should be placed on leaving exactly at 9 am, so that the majority of the volunteers are off the property for the
commencement of the school day.
