We’re looking for a few amazing people to join us in creating life-changing experiences in India!

We need 1–2 coordinators for the month of March, as well as two dedicated Long-Term Trip Coordinators for June 22–August 3 in Tamil Nadu, and 1–2 coordinators for July 13–August 16 in Bihar.

In this role, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our US office and our incredible India team to prepare and lead our Rising Star Outreach Abroad Summer Sessions. You’ll help oversee logistics, collaborate with local staff, and ensure every participant feels connected, cared for, and inspired.

While this is a volunteer position (not paid), your flight, preparation costs, accommodations, and meals will all be covered. You’ll be giving your time and leadership, but in return, you’ll gain unforgettable memories, deep friendships, and the chance to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of India while making a lasting impact.
